Justin Carpenter is the Founder & CEO at Foolish Things Coffee Company where he navigates the challenges of launching and scaling businesses in the food and beverage industry, having grown his company through 13 years of operational successes and setbacks. He is also the Co-founder at Madcap Industries where he provides fractional CFO/COO services to help build scalable business systems, while simultaneously developing new ventures like an RTD oat milk latte project that leverages collaborative approaches with local breweries and leveraging tech startup principles for expansion.
